The UP400 is ideal for applications that require a compact, efficient, and reliable power supply in the lower power range. With a rated power of 400 W, it is particularly suitable for charging communication devices, operating computers, surveillance equipment, and drones, as well as for use in robotics and measurement and control technology. Thanks to its modular design, the UP400 can be operated individually or in combination, allowing higher power outputs to be achieved if required. Its adaptability to 19″ racks, cabinets, trailers, or containers makes it a flexible solution for tactical, mobile, and stationary applications.

Overview
Compact power for your applications
The PowerUP fuel cell delivers 400 W of clean and reliable power in a smaller and lighter package than competing stacks. It is equipped with a proton exchange membrane (PEM) and is air-cooled for efficient operation. It operates in a wide temperature range from -5 °C to 40 °C and requires minimal maintenance. Ideal for powering UAVs, portable devices, and various industrial applications.

| Technology | Advantages | Disadvantages |
|---|
| PowerUP (H₂) | Emission-free, quiet, low maintenance, potentially climate-neutral | Higher cost per kWh, hydrogen infrastructure required |
| Methanol Fuel Cell | Easy to store (liquid fuel) | CO₂ emissions, fossil origin, toxic |
| Diesel Generator | Cost-effective, reliable | Loud, high emissions, maintenance required |
| Power Banks | Mobile, easy to use | Only suitable for small loads |
PowerUP systems are specially designed for applications where concealment, discretion, efficiency, and operational safety are crucial. Their technology offers clear tactical advantages over conventional generators—in particular, extremely low noise levels and minimal heat signature.
Virtually silent operation
Unlike conventional diesel or gasoline generators, fuel cells operate without combustion or moving parts. This means there is no loud engine noise, no roaring, no exhaust fumes – just a barely perceptible, quiet fan noise. This ultra-quiet operation allows for use in sensitive environments, during night operations or in observation missions, without acoustic detection.
Minimal heat radiation
Since the energy is generated electrochemically, only a very small amount of waste heat is produced. The heat signature of PowerUP systems is many times lower than that of combustion generators. This significantly reduces their detectability by thermal imaging cameras or infrared sensors – a decisive advantage in covert or security-critical operations.
Invisible, clean, efficient
During operation, there is no smoke, soot, or visible exhaust gases – only a minimal amount of water vapor. This means that the systems are also visually inconspicuous and completely emission-free and odorless.
Technological advantage for covert energy supply
Ideal for tactical, military, and security-related applications. PowerUP – energy supply that stays where others stand out.

WE SUPPLY DEFENSE TECHNOLOGY
