Key features
Compact power for your applications. The PowerUP fuel cell stack delivers 3000 W of clean and reliable power in a smaller and lighter housing than competing stacks. It is equipped with a proton exchange membrane (PEM) and air-cooled for efficient operation. It operates in a wide temperature range from -5 °C to 40 °C and requires minimal maintenance. Ideal for powering UAVs, portable devices, and various industrial applications.

This PowerUP product is available in various special colors and can be individually configured build-to-order (BTO). On request, versions in NATO green or anthracite are available, among others, to optimally adapt to tactical, military, or infrastructural operating environments.

Integrated functions
Optional configurations
This solution is combinable, stackable, and scalable.
By combining several units, correspondingly higher outputs can be achieved. It can be flexibly adapted to 19″ racks, cabinets, trailers, or containers.
| Technology | Advantages | Disadvantages |
|---|
| PowerUP (H₂) | Emission-free, quiet, low maintenance, potentially climate-neutral | Higher cost per kWh, hydrogen infrastructure required |
| Methanol Fuel Cell | Easy to store (liquid fuel) | CO₂ emissions, fossil origin, toxic |
| Diesel Generator | Cost-effective, reliable | Loud, high emissions, maintenance required |
| Power Banks | Mobile, easy to use | Only suitable for small loads |
PowerUP fuel cells are a sustainable, clean, and efficient alternative to fossil fuel generators. They combine environmental benefits with technical maturity, political support, and growing market potential—making them particularly attractive for mobile, off-grid, or sensitive applications.
Integrated battery systems for greater autonomy and stability
Some PowerUP systems can be optionally equipped with integrated battery storage. This combination creates a hybrid energy system that not only uses hydrogen, but can also temporarily store electrical energy and supply it intelligently.
This allows the systems to be used flexibly as a backup or UPS solution – for example, in the event of power failures, in sensitive infrastructures, or at off-grid locations. In addition, the battery systems can compensate for peak loads and high starting currents, allowing connected consumers to operate more efficiently and stably. The result is a reliable, emission-free, and intelligent energy supply that confidently bridges both short-term load fluctuations and longer power outages. PowerUP – Energy self-sufficiency through the combination of hydrogen and batteries.
Intelligent remote monitoring and control
PowerUP offers a cloud-based solution for monitoring and remote control that allows users to access their systems anytime, anywhere.
Operating data is transmitted to the cloud in real time via a secure 4G/5G connection – and at the same time, authorized users can remotely control and adjust system parameters. This allows start-up and shutdown processes, power control, and diagnostic functions to be carried out directly online without the need for technical personnel to be on site.
The integrated cloud portal allows:
This intelligent networking increases operational safety, efficiency, and response speed—making PowerUP systems ideal for decentralized applications where mobility and reliability are crucial. PowerUP Cloud Control—monitor, control, and optimize—anywhere, anytime.
Integrated gas and leak monitoring for maximum safety
Some PowerUP systems can be optionally equipped with integrated gas and leak monitoring. These sensors continuously monitor the system’s operating area and detect even the smallest hydrogen leaks or gas leaks at an early stage.
In the event of an anomaly, a warning message is automatically triggered – either locally via acoustic and visual signals or remotely via the cloud connection. This allows the system to be quickly and safely shut down in an emergency to protect people, equipment, and the environment.
The combination of precise sensor technology, automatic alarms, and cloud-based access ensures maximum safety – both in stationary operation and in mobile applications. PowerUP – Safety integrated, trust guaranteed.
