Mobile ventilation systems for tactical and military use

Modern military operations require systems that are highly mobile, modular, and cross-platform. Especially in arctic, alpine, and maritime environments, heat is a crucial factor for mobility, endurance, and personnel protection. EuroHeater meets these requirements with a specifically developed concept for tactical system integration.
The focus is on ULTV, UTV, and ATV platforms as well as marine RIB craft, which are typically used in highly dynamic, exposed deployment scenarios.

An integrated heating system is being developed for ultra-light tactical vehicles such as MRZR, DAGOR, or comparable ATV and UTV platforms, which is specially designed for limited space, high vibrations, and extreme environmental conditions.
The EuroHeater will be:
An air duct system directs the heat into the vehicle interior or to specific seating and operating areas. It is controlled via a dashboard control panel, which allows the driver or squad leader to regulate it quickly and easily.
A key advantage of this approach is its platform independence:
A single EuroHeater system can be transferred from one vehicle to another or removed and used to heat a tent or shelter in a matter of seconds.
Tactical added value for mobile units
The integration of the EuroHeater into ULTV and ATV platforms offers clear operational advantages:
For small, highly mobile squads in particular, a stable heat supply significantly increases the operational range and duration of stay in the area of operations.
Integration into marine RIB craft
The EuroHeater is also considered an integrated heating system for marine RIB craft. These platforms are particularly exposed to:
The EuroHeater can be used here for:
Thanks to its modular design and robust connection technology, it can also be used in harsh maritime conditions. The heat supply directly contributes to the operational safety and resilience of the crew.
Universal system approach
The central element of EuroHeater Tactical System Integrations is the universal frame and docking approach. This enables:
The EuroHeater is therefore not seen as a stand-alone device, but as an integrable system component within modern military mobility concepts.
Highly mobile reconnaissance and security teams (ULTV / ATV)
A reconnaissance or security team operating with ULTV or ATV platforms is often exposed to extreme weather conditions for many hours or days. The integrated EuroHeater enables targeted heating of the driver and passenger areas without the vehicle engine having to run continuously.
Typical benefits:
If necessary, the heater can be disconnected from the vehicle and used to heat a small shelter or tent.
Special forces in rapid deployment
The EuroHeater offers a decisive advantage in special forces operations involving frequent changes between vehicle, dismounted operations, and temporary rest periods. A single system accompanies the team throughout all phases.
Application example:
The EuroHeater is used:
Arctic and alpine patrols
Cold is a constant risk factor during Arctic or alpine patrols on ATV or UTV bases. The EuroHeater is permanently integrated here to:
The system provides a stable heat source, especially at low speeds or during longer stops.
Mobile combat and command equipment based on ULTV
Small mobile command posts or command and control equipment built on ULTV platforms benefit from an integrated heat supply. The EuroHeater ensures:
This ensures effective command and control even in extreme environmental conditions.
Naval special forces on RIB craft
In maritime operations with RIB craft, crew and personnel are exposed to strong winds, cold temperatures, and spray. The integration of the EuroHeater enables the heating of protected seating or cockpit areas.
Typical scenarios:
The heat supply increases the resilience of the forces and reduces the risk of cold exhaustion.
Coastal security and control missions
During coastal and port surveillance missions on RIBs, the EuroHeater supports the crew during longer periods of inactivity. During observation or control, the crew remains ready for action and focused. The heater can also be used on land, for example to heat a temporary checkpoint.
Logistics and support vehicles in extreme climates
Logistics support vehicles based on UTVs or ULTVs also benefit from integrated heating systems. The EuroHeater ensures:
