UP400 INDUSTRIAL – SMART ENERGY FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

The UP400 Industrial delivers a continuous output of 400 W DC and is compatible with both 12 V and 24 V systems. It has been specifically designed for industrial, mobile, and tactical applications that require a reliable, emission-free, and quiet power source.

The system is compact (531 × 232 × 287 mm), lightweight (17 kg), and can be easily integrated into existing infrastructures thanks to standardized connections. Front-panel controls allow for easy maintenance and quick accessibility.

Thanks to integrated IoT functions, the UP400 Industrial can be monitored and controlled via cloud systems. Parameters such as fuel consumption, system status, temperature, and humidity can be accessed at any time. A 4G LTE interface and SIM card (with data plan) enable remote access and remote control. The UP400 Industrial uses hydrogen as fuel – 100% emission-free and CO₂-neutral. Unlike methanol solutions, it produces no odor or pollutants, and operating costs remain low. The fuel cell is shock-resistant, quiet, and low-maintenance – ideal for continuous use in sensitive environments.

Typical areas of application are off-grid applications such as mobile light towers, CCTV surveillance systems, telecommunications stations, robotics, drone charging points, and mobile tactical operations. Combining it with batteries and solar modules allows you to build a micro-scalable energy solution – perfect for locations without a grid connection. The UP400 Industrial can be operated with different hydrogen cylinder sizes. Depending on the volume of the H₂ cylinders, runtimes of over 380 hours are possible.

POWERUP - SMART REMOTE MONITORING AND CONTROL

PowerUP offers a cloud-based solution for monitoring and remote control that allows users to access their systems anytime, anywhere.

Operating data is transmitted to the cloud in real time via a secure 4G/5G connection, while authorized users can remotely control and adjust system parameters. This allows start-up and shutdown processes, performance adjustments, and diagnostic functions to be carried out directly online without the need for technical personnel to be on site.

The integrated cloud portal allows:

  • Real-time monitoring of performance data, operating conditions, and hydrogen consumption,
  • Remote control of central functions and parameters,
  • Logging and analysis of all operating and system events,
  • predictive maintenance through automatic notifications and data analysis.

POWERUP - INTEGRATED GAS AND LEAK MONITORING FOR MAXIMUM SAFETY

Some PowerUP systems can be optionally equipped with integrated gas and leak monitoring. This sensor technology continuously monitors the operating area of the system and detects even the smallest hydrogen leaks or gas leaks at an early stage.

In the event of an anomaly, a warning message is automatically triggered—either locally via acoustic and visual signals or remotely via the cloud connection. This allows the system to be quickly and safely shut down in an emergency to protect people, equipment, and the environment.
